Brief profile of CEO for OptiRisk Systems

OptiRisk Systems is a UK-based company with a global reach that provides products and services for Optimization and Risk Management solutions. OptiRisk serves customers across a number of business sectors including finance, defence, transportation and supply chain logistics.

OptiRisk envisions positioning itself as a leading training provider in the market of Financial Risk Management. While it will commence its operations in India, moving forward, its operations and services would be expanded to other countries in SE Asia and China.

The Chief executive officer (CEO) will need to combine entrepreneurial, strategic and managerial skills to make the company a leader in its chosen field. The person should be enthusiastic to explore audacious goals and carry high level of energy and self-belief to successfully achieve them.

Location:

Mumbai, India

Responsibilities:

• Prepare business plan and set targets.
• Make strategic alliances.
• Hire key personnel
• Manage and lead the team (Delivery of training, Finance, Administration etc) to achieve the targets set out in business plans.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• MBA in Finance/Marketing from a reputed school.
• Formal training in Financial risk management is desirable.

Experience:

The candidate should have:

• Worked in Bank/Insurance/ Financial Institution, in a managerial position.
• Exposure in Sales and marketing.
• Around 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of business development and growing a financial product or service.

Compensation
